28% of Likely Voters Cited Cost as the Main Reason for Not Buying an ObamaCare Plan
The Morning Consult’s January tracking poll on the outlook of the Affordable Care Act found that 28 percent of likely voters who visited an exchange but did not purchase a plan cited the cost of the product as the main reason, a slight increase from the 23 percent of participants in the December poll who said they opted not to buy a plan due to cost.
