SHOCK: Obama Administration Will Pay Companies to Violate the Law, if they Don’t Send Out Pink Slips Before the Election
The Fake One wants to use his executive authority to stop government defense contractors from sending out pink slips November 4th (two days before the election) to employees, because of impending budget cuts.
The only problem is not sending out the pink slips violates a law the Senator Obama supported.
Now, Obama is telling companies they can ignore the law and the U.S. Justice Department (the word “Justice” has become a joke under the Fake One’s contempt for the rule of law and his use of the “Justice” Department for his own political ends) is promising companies who do violate the law that “it will use taxpayer money to cover fines incurred from this action.”
As the Heritage Foundation observes:
This is the ultimate abuse of the President’s executive authority: inducing federal contractors to violate a federal law and promising to use taxpayer funds to reimburse them for any resulting liability that they incur for violating that law.
Refusing to follow federal law has become the hallmark of this Administration, but the White House’s latest arrogant, unlawful ploy goes even further and may end up costing the American taxpayer a great deal of money.
The words Banana Republic come to mind.
All hail the imperious Fake One.
