When President, The Seditious Bastard could have declassified the documents he wanted to keep?

So why didn’t he?

The most likely answer is they were so sensitive and Top Secret, that they would never have been declassified.

And The Seditious Bastard merely asking about declassifying them would have raised many, many questions.

So, since he could not declassify them legally, he took them.
