Even CNN’s Liberal Legal Analyst says ObamaCare is headed to the Supreme Court

So CNN’s liberal legal analyst agrees: ObamaCare is headed to the Supreme Court.

It is the only way to reconcile the views of the two judges who, on one hand ruled that ObamaCare’s mandate is Constitutional, and on the other hand, will soon find it to be unconstitutional.

As soon as that happens, the government will appeal that decision and it eventually the case will be appealed to the Supreme Court for a final decision.
