The funny thing about the Dem attempt to paint passage of ObamaCare as showing the public what the bill does is that the bill’s  provisions take effect well after the coming elections in 2010 and 2012, when the public will take out their anger on the existing Members of Congress for voting for something the public passionately hates.

So even if you are inclined to believe the Dems that passing the bill will show the public what a great bill we passed (which, obviously I’m not) their argument is politically irrelevant.
